No of Openings: 20

Basic Skill Set:

  • Good in Malayalam (Fluent) and English Communication is mandate.+
  • Basic knowledge about system applications and protection
  • Understand Client requirement and provide the best customer service

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Fresher/Minimum 6 months experience into (Technical / Non-Technical) voice Customer Support
  • Only technical graduates Btech, BCA, Bsc, BE, EEE, Diploma (Without Backlogs)
  • Age criteria: 18 -29 yrs.

Salary and Other benefits:

  • Rotational day shift (8 am to 11 pm) any 9 hrs.
  • Rotational week off
  • Performance incentives and OT
  • PF and ESIC Coverage
