Role & responsibilities

  • The candidate is responsible for achieving the sales target set for his/her respective site/ project by the Sales Manager
  • The candidate is responsible for handling all the prospects/ enquiries/ customers at the site and convert leads.
  • The incumbent will handle all the sales and post-sales activities.

Strategic Focus

  • Responsible to manage all the sales leads
  • Responsible for understanding the local market dynamics and competitive environment
  • Responsible to provide a quality services to the customers and work to reduce the complaints
  • Improve customer satisfaction to a level they become brand ambassadors for Kolte Patil Developers Ltd.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate/ MBA (Marketing) – Final Sem appearing/ Cleared
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sales targets effectively.
