CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / ENGINEER CIVIL / MECHANICAL

You should have 5 to 15 years experience in the construction industry. Experience in large water related projects will be added advantage. Candidate is expected to be familiar with planning and costing with a proven track record in execution / erection in water supply and water treatment projects, sewerage projects, desalination projects & non-revenue water. The candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for progress, cost, safety, quality & timely completion of the project.

PLANNING ENGINEER / MANAGER

Full-time Graduate or Diploma Engineer with 5 to 15 years’ experience in project planning/ scheduling, billing, and costing. Should have completed at least one project as a Planning in-charge/Planning Engineer. Should be conversant with project planning and management tools like Primavera P6; MS Project etc.

HYDRAULIC DESIGN ENGINEERS

Full-time Graduate / Postgraduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 12 years’ experience in design in Water supply system, Irrigation, Sewerage collection & Storm Water Drainage. knowledge and working experience in the design of pumping system, rising main, pump head calculation, pipe thickness design, surge analysis and pipeline distribution network for MS/DI & HDPE pipes. Hands on experience in preparation of Pump House GA drawings, Pumping station layouts, vendor evaluation for major electro-mechanical equipment like Pump & motors, Valves, Cranes Gates, trash racks etc & analytical softwares (Water Gems, Sewer gems, EPANET, Water CAD, Sewer CAD, Storm CAD, Water Hammer, KY Pipe etc.) is compulsory. Familiarity and application of IS codes, American, British, European codes of practices, HIS, CPHEEO Manual and standards.

CIVIL/STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEERS

Full-time Postgraduate in Civil / Structural Engineering with 3 to 15 years’ experience in design & engineering of Water Retaining structures & Water Treatment structures, Process buildings, Pump houses, RC Sumps, Thrust blocks, steel tank foundations, Steel structures like Piperacks, Sheds, Cable galleries etc.

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER PIPING | ROTARY | STATIC | HVAC | MATERIAL

Full-time Graduate / Postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 15 years’ experience in PIPING/ROTARY/STATIC/HVAC/FIRE FIRGHTING Design and Detail Engineering of Industrial Projects, Water Supply & Treatment projects with exposure to various codes and standards like IS, AWWA, IWWA, ASME, ANSI, BS, HIS, CPHEEO Manual, ISO, DIN etc. Knowledge of tanks, pressure vessels will be added advantage.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEERS

Full-time Graduate / Postgraduate in Electrical Engineering with 3 to 12 years’ experience in design of Electrical Systems & Equipment for Industrial Projects, Water Supply & Treatment projects. Experience in design of Transmission lines will be an added advantage.

QA/QC ENGINEERS

Full-time Graduate / Postgraduate in Civil Engineering with 10 – 18 years’ experience in water supply systems, including Water treatment, pumping systems, intake structures, wastewater, storm water network and drainage projects. Familiarity with international codes, Indian standards, and practices relevant to the water industry. Precast Technology, Lab testing & concrete design mix trials. Attend Client Quality Management meetings and coordinate all project requirements with Stakeholders.

O&M ENGINEERS

Diploma or BE or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical with experience 5 to 16 years. Experience in the field of operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment. & keen experience in O&M of Various capacity HSC pumps, Vertical Turbine Pumps, compressors, Blowers, Different type of valves, pipeline networks etc. Having hands-on experience in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance. Thorough Knowledge in performance analysis of mechanical equipment. Provide excellent customer service, efficient system operation and effective communication strategies. Electrical Discipline Should have O&M experience in critical equipment like Transformers, Motors, Switchgears etc. & worked for both HT and LT equipment. Must have electrical supervisory competency License/certificate which is issued by concerned state Electrical licencing board. Knowledge in Testing & commissioning of electrical equipment are also preferable. & Should have good trouble shooting skills on different high-capacity electrical equipment & system. Chemical Engg. should have extensive knowledge in Water Treatment, Wastewater treatment plant process & operations. Water quality testing, Plant performance analysis, improvement of plant performance and updating operating manuals and standard operating procedures as needed &technically sound in maintenance of equipment in Water treatment plants, Familiar with safety standards & Sops. Must Ensure Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policy is adequately implemented & have Exposure in manpower management and customer management.

P&M ENGINEERS

Having 5 to 12 years experience in maintenance of machinery and equipment used in construction project sites. Full-time First- Class Diploma / Gradate Engineer in Mechanical from State Board of Technical Education with 1st class throughout academics is mandatory. Dealing with equipment refurbishment, refurbishment plans and scheduling, spare part planning, estimating manpower & material, cost control and cost saving measures on all types of construction machineries used in construction industry. Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of Hydraulic As well as Earthmoving Machines in various categories of equipment’s to increase machine up time and equipment reliability. Proactively identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment’s through application of trouble shooting tools. Equipment Work allocation & monitoring Availability, Utility & Productivity. Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget. Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with quality standards and maintaining requisite documents. Verifying compliance as per predetermined and approved schedule. Assessing the training needs of the subordinates in co-ordination with the Training and HR department. Co-ordinate for site Electrical Works

Qualification for Construction Manager/Engineer, Planning Manager/Engineer, QAQC Engineers, O&M Engineers, P&M Engineers and Design Engineers

4 years, Full-time – BE / B. Tech from AICTE/UGC approved university or 3 years Full-time – Diploma Engineering from Directorate of Technical Education / State Board of Technical Education in Civil / Mechanical.

• 1st class throughout academics is mandatory for all positions.

Design Positions are based at HQ Chennai & other Positions are based at our project sites PAN India.
