Role & responsibilities
- Preparation of labour report & daily progress report
- Ensure work is as progressing as per the work schedule
- Guide workers on the specific job as per the drawing
- Ensure there is no deviation and flaws in the execution of work
- Coordinate with the engineers
- Ensure there is no wasteage of material
- Update the Project Manager about work progress
- Update the Project Manager on the material required and shortages if any
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in residential construction of two to three years
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Should have own transportation facility
