Job Description

Time and Venue

  • 9th August – 18th August , 10.30 AM – 6.30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.
  • Meet and communicate effectively with clients in order to understand the client’s objectives and requirements.
  • Discussing designs with clients for custom ordering or with manufacturers; Preparing detailed final designs.
  • Prepares 3D renders, Floor Layouts, and Shop drawings for clients. Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed.
  • Liaising with craftsmen or production department staff, such as production managers, marketing staff, and design engineers, about the process of execution
  • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant.
  • To lead and own the quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Holds excellent knowledge of design tools: PPT presentation, AutoCAD- 3D -Sketchup, 3DS Max
  • Additional software may include: Photoshop
  • Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (layout, style, mood board), Technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers and Price estimations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in related field OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in related field OR Furniture Architect/Interior Designer working in Furniture Industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and 3ds Max, Sketch-up
  • Strong creative and communication skills & Demonstrated ability to execute.
  • Led and delivered a minimum of 5-6 Residential projects.
  • Holds behavioral attributes of Result oriented, Teamwork, Integrity & Ethics, and Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • Holds a high degree of Willingness to learn, Ability to drive performance among independent team members.
